The experts of our company are ready to perform a complete set of construction documents, design specifications, and estimates including the development of special sections and receiving positive reports and conclusions from the state and independent expertises. Thanks to the wealth of experience and the professional skills of our staff we can realize a wide variety of design works for buildings and constructions. They are intended for various purposes (both public and industrial ones) and include design project development for line facilities (e.g., gas pipelines, water supply, sewage and heating systems, cable and electric power networks), and electric power supply facilities.

BIM technologies are successfully used in the work of the project department. BIM means 'Building Information Modeling' or 'Building Information Model' and helps to perform information modeling of a building. This three-dimensional model of a building or another constructional project is connected with an information database. This database makes it possible to assign any additional attribute to each element of the model. The special feature of this approach is that the construction project is actually designed as a unit. Should any of these parameters change, it would result in automatic change of other related parameters and objects including the drawings, visualizations, specifications and the schedule chart.
